Practical and effective. You will have 3 rounds of interviews with your peers and then the director for the team you will join. Over a week or so. Make sure you follow up as sometimes, there could be delay in getting back to you.

Applied online and got through to the interview stage after an initial screening call (30mins) with HR. The interview itself - as I understand is usually a 2 stage interview- 1st with 2 senior managers and then the final with another senior manager/ director. However in my case, my first and only interview was with 3 senior managers - this was to make the interview/ application process faster though did feel a bit more pressured. Heard back with an offer 2 days after the interview.
