Applied for the position online. Was them sent an email to complete an online assessment.
Another email was sent to complete another set of questions, including verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, competency based questions.
I was then contacted for a telephone interview where I was asked to confirm administrative details and was then asked what motivated me to apply for the job. I was then asked a series of competency questions describing past experiences or situations of a specific nature.

Had to go online for a video interview (same day as I applied) and answer basic customer service questions which where not difficult. The setup to access the service was quite easy too.

Applied online via indeed and had a video interview within about a month after applying. Not a difficult process and questions were mainly behavioural questions centred around communication skills and problem solving in different situations
