CV screening, Online Tests, Telephone interview.
Told me that I'd 'passed' and should wait to hear back about the assessment centre but after hearing nothing for 3 weeks I emailed them. A couple hours later they sent me a rejection email. Their communication was terrible. Seems like a pointless process that even if you pass all the stages you can get rejected. Why bother preparing for the interview?
