After the application, applicants were invited to an informal interview. There were 4 of us and the recruiter we spoke with on the phone as well as one of the team leaders for the department. We were given a tour of the building then asked to give a brief introduction about ourselves then I believe some kind of fun fact. I was then invited to the 2nd interview which was about 3-5 situational questions. There wasn't much feedback in the actual interview. I received an offer and I believe I waited about a week to hear back then it took about a month from the interview to the start date. I also know that 3 out of 4 applicants were hired but the whole time I worked here, which was over 2 years, we were kept on a temporary contract which was renewed twice a year.
