I was a referral from an employee who works at the bank. Set up an interview on the phone and then went in for the in-person interview with the branch manager. Very straightforward. The branch manager wanted to get to know me. My most important piece of advice. Tell them all about how you are good in sales and you can bring them a ton of customer referrals because they will love that stuff. Prior retail or sales experience is a plus.

Come prepared with answer about questions regarding customer service. Also emphasize your ability to upsell products and services the bank offers. That will really catch your interviewer's attention.
