Colloquio
First step, created online application with CV and a couple of behavioural questions - e.g describe a time of adversity, why the finance scheme etc
Second stage, online tests which included. Few behavioural questions, numerical tests and find the sequence puzzles
Third stage, Online video interview with pre-recorded questions. Simple behavioural questions again. Why Santander, what issues face Santander.... Nothing technical based
Forth stage, a month later was phoned up asking if I'd like to be invited to an AC. Was sent an email explaining to create a powerpoint based on a topic relevant to Santander. Mine was NPS scores. Was also given a few puzzles to solve which would be used in the group interview so had to solve these prior. Group interview consisted of 10 puzzles to solve with hidden meanings. Solve all puzzles to reveal the word at the end. Then moved onto presenting your powerpoint. Questions regarding your powerpoint will be asked to be prepared for criticism e.g what would you change etc. Then a face to face interview with two assessors. Majority were behavioural questions and some light technical questions but nothing too strenuous.

-the third step was the interview
- the fourth step was the assessment center
- the fifth step was the offer.
I received the offer from Santander but I declined.

What experiences you have that can be directly applied to the role?
The video interview went by too fast, the questions were not meaningful, and to my surprise, a couple of weeks later, my application was closed because they did not receive the recording of the interview. After I spent so much time researching and preparing for it, it did not go through. Really disappointing.
