Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 3 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Santander (Milton Keynes, Inghilterra) nel mese di mar 2024
Colloquio
There was a 3-step process:
1. Psychometric Online Test - Numerical, Verbal, and Logical Reasoning
2. Pre-Recorded Video Interview (Hirevue) - 5 questions needed to be answered questions include competency and motivational based questions.
3. Virtual Assessment Centre - two 45 minute interviews. The first round interview was pure competency and motivational-based interview with a Risk manager and a Risk graduate, there were some questions specific to the division which were Why Risk and explain the different types of risks and what do they mean and other questions related to their core values and looking at personal skills like teamwork and communication, etc... After the first interview I had a 10-minute break. The second interview was with 2 Risk managers, when I joined the call they shared a PDF document for me to analyse and I had 30 minutes to do the presentation on the information on the PDF file, The file had about 5 pages with descriptions, graphs, and tables, then I had to do a 15 minute presentation.

Fueron 3 filtros, la primera a través de Workday, la consecuente fue con mi jefe en el equipo donde estaría apoyando, fue una entrevista para conocerme y yo conocer a quien sería mi jefe directo. La segunda fue un caso de estudio donde mi jefe y otra integrante del equipo me plantearon una situación donde pude explayarme a detalle acerca de la posible solución.
