Hr representative manager, district manager . All went pretty smoothly, the resume is picked up with a lot of retail experience, not just banking. They are very concentrated on sales, so even if your title suggests your primary role is operations, it isn't.

Initially I was communicated by phone. Had three interviews. First with the recruiter, second with the district executive and third with the branch manager. All interviews averaged to be about a half hour or so depending on questions.
