Got an interview via a recruiter. Interview was conducted through Zoom. Experience wasn't as pleasant as I would have liked. The interviewer arrived almost 10 minutes late, reasoning was due to finding his questions he had wrote down. One questions asked was "what is your mind state?", when I asked him to further explain himself, he wanted to get an understanding how I problem solve.

It was very thorough questions about my skills and knowledge and how does they aligned with the role. Also the management are very accommodating and very friendly. Also questions about the company, the role itself. What type of reporting tools and financial functions - skills and knowledge.
