good. I did attend the interview over the phone, on place and also over the skype. There were general questions, personality based questions and sector specific question,. It seemed it was more of a discussion than a typical interview. My suggestion will be to go there bindas and try to reply as much as \you know. Since they have shortlisted you, they have found your profile interesting and they know what is good and what is bad in your profile. So no need to fake or lie.
