3 hour interview with 6 employees. 1 employee was HR rep and the other 5 were engineers in the field. Questions are not very technical, and more conversation based. Interviewers express what they do in their day to day and ask questions based on what the interviewee is looking for in their job experience.

-Asked if I was familiar with AutoCad
-Asked what my favorite class was and whether or not I had a Power Systems class
After you apply online, they contact you for an interview with 3 different persons. The interview lasted for an hour and the questions were mostly about character with some light technical questions
