Had Teams interview with 3 different people over 90 minutes (30 minutes each). Mainly discussed my background. The weird thing is, the interviewers gave the impression that I was going to get an offer, so I was surprised when I got an email that they couldn't make an offer at the time. I have since applied for several other jobs with them.
