An unformal nterview with 3rd party recruiter, sending in CV, 2 rounds on interviews that were mostly nice and casual and it was said that they do hire mostly based on culture fit after the CV is ok. One presentation on the latter interview with 2 weeks time to prepare.

The process took a bit longer than expected but the people were nice and made me feel comfortable. I had 4 rounds of interview with different people and each of them asked different questions so it was not repetitive.

Total of 3 interviews: HR screening call, second was a call with the hiring manager, and a final group interview with the hiring manager and their team. The final interview included a case study presentation
It was great, I was asked to present the given customer case including Sartorius products. There was several people in the room from Sartorius. After the presentation I was asked some questions on customer service as well as my motivation for the job.
