SaskTel utilizes a multi-stage process consisting of a skills test and one or more interviews. All my interviews included a case study (but utilized them in different ways depending on the interview).

All the questions were designed to figure out if I had the skills and attitude needed to do the job. The case studies all were industry-specific questions that were designed to expose how you solve problems.
