Interview process began with correspondence via email through "Skeeled", which is basically a recruitment and hr platform. I was asked to record a few videos of myself answering a couple of questions. After moving on to next round I was asked to complete am assessment exercise which was fairly easy but required a bit of creativity. After that a interview was scheduled with one of managers asking technical questions and also presenting my assessment response. In the end I was ghosted completely, rendering the amount of time (I spent pursuing this potential job) completely useless. Very unprofessional people.
