First online video and then in person. A few online questions were asked and you had time to prepare but then needed to record only one time. Multiple people in the second in person interview.

The screening process was about answering 5 questions, by recording your own answer (2 min each).
They called me for the first in-person interview with the hiring manager and the HR representative. Before attending I had to do a psychometric test.
The interview lasted 1 hour. They presented the company, the department and the position. Then I had to present myself briefly. After that, some typical questions to me followed, such as "What is your experience in such or such field? How would your colleagues describe you? Why did you apply to this position? How would you react in this or that situation?..." Finally, I had time to ask a couple of questions to them. The tone and the atmosphere of the whole interview was friendly and comfortable.

I went through 3 rounds of interviews. 1st through a virtual interview where they ask you some questions and you video yourself answering those questions. 2nd was a face to face interview with the proximity manager along with the HR manager and the last interview was a panel interview with case study.
Overall, the people I met were nice but the environment felt very male dominant and lack of warmth.
