The interview process was relatively smooth, however I did have some qualms as the hiring manager seemed overly enthusiastic in pushing for the idea of innovation, fast-paced company culture (similar to that of a start-up) yet quoting a non-competitive salary (~1.1k/month] for the requested job scope. When asked on the working arrangements, I was initially promised hybrid, yet the HR came back with an offer that said the job would be full-time on site. Not a big fan of the mis-alignment.
