Spoke with HR person once before setting up an interview. Interview lasted 2h 30min over Microsoft Teams. I spoke with 2 VPs about the company and what I was interested in, then 2 Project Managers about the company and my experience. I also had a technical interview regarding C/C++ and Java/C#.
3 rounds of interviews on-site, fairly easy, not very technical, but know your design patterns and data structures. I received an offer within a week of the interview. Try to show enthusiasm and research the company before applying. If the business model works for you and you show that you will be OK with it, you will do fine.
