La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Saudi Aramco (Londra, Inghilterra) nel mese di mar 2016
Colloquio
They invited to London Aramco office. I met Ali Ghobari(Senior Loss Prevention Engineer) and Denis Nolan ( Loss Prevention Advisor). During the interview, I replied all question in %80 right answer. Unfortunatelly, my background cover mostly Drilling and Workover activities. As I understood, they were looking for Refinery experience. I don't understand that my cv reflect my background and experience in Drilling and workover, why did they invite me to London? I think their recruiters is less experienced. By the way, they reimburse flight ticket, but their finance service would make a deduction when they transfer money (%10 percent). Also, whether or not get offer, they make a presentation about how is life in Saudi Arabia. They try to reflect if you work for them you will get too much money.
Honestly, there is a huge amount personel turnover, because the life is awful in Saudi Arabia.
At the end, they have 2 different safety department. One of them under the Loss Prevention Dep., other is under theDrilling and workover department. Both of them is independence. I have never seen an organization like them.
Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Saudi Aramco (Londra, Inghilterra) nel mese di mar 2016
Colloquio
I applied online through Aramco web site. And then in a week time received an email with invitation for the interview. All went very well and in a professional fashion. Interviewers were polite and asked general questions at the beginning to break ice and then they asked technical questions.
