hr calling for phone interviews then they set an appointment for in person interviews they start asking for questions from my resume about work experience they go in more information about details and what I can do for their company
In person interview asked about previous experiences and education then discussed financials then told me to expect a call from hr to get more details on the offer that was it

It was fairly decent. People were cooperative. This was a contract position so it was more formal than the usual process. Clients were pleasant to talk to. They relied on having more certifications on technologies previously worked upon.
