I think ıt was very hard. I applied Turkish country office. There was 4 person in the interview. It was online interview. I don't saw them. They saw me. I can only hear them. That's why I think ıt is very excating. Firstly shortlist then tecnic test and online interview. This interview asked a lot of questions they for me. For example; tell me about yourself, what do you think case worker about, what do you do case worker, SCI policy ( Child Safeguard and Harressment Intımidation and bulling policy) i.e. Then english control.
