I came into the store, filled out an app. Met one of the managers same day and scheduled an interview for the following week. My interviewer talked a bit about scheduling, my job history, if I felt comfortable on a cash register, etc..

Very fast and easy. A few questions on the resume from an old job. questions about the team and difficult situations. I didn't wait long, although I know that a lot of people wanted this job.
it was just a psychometric test where they filter out anyone who they think will cause issues and also anyone who is disabled, since this is an automated process it seems that any information regarding disability isn't taken into account
