I applied, waited, received a callback from HQ, then had a phone interview with a worker from HQ. She liked me and said she would pass along my information to the local managers. Then nothing, radio silence. I went to the store in person and said hi, handed them my resume, tried to give a face to the name but was met with rudeness for the most part.

Was really good and different the usual star question.
Then a floor walk and how would you make it better and what your plan would be also made you talk to all the staff to get a feel for the store and what life would be like in there
Short, few questions mainly about yourself and your availability. Questions geared towards how to problem solve and the process to reach that goal. Discussion about your hours, duties and the amount of training you receive.
