The first interview is held by the store manager showing the store and then asking some management questions. Then another interview with the district manager. Management questions basically asked related to your work experience, strengths, why u wanna work here, your skills and so on.

Was promoted within the company. Interview took part during my shift and was given no notice period, but preferred this as less pressure. Interview done by manager. Interview lasted approximately 30 minutes and comprised of questions and a floor walk task. The interview was more casual than smart although this may vary if you are an external.
