Initially I was contacted by an external recruiter hired to source candidates via LinkedIn. In the defence of the Recruiter they sourced candidates based on the brief given. I later attended two face to face interviews with my initial Line Manager however the second appointment had to be rescheduled as the Interviewer was stuck on a project in another part of the country. I was not informed & had to chase the Interviewer myself.
