I had one brief 30 mins interview over the phone. Was called to do a 1 hour virtual interview. Then brought in to be given a tour of the office and introduced to random employees. Then told that I would get a call for a fourth interview with directors. I was also sent a series of “ excercises to do. They contacted and requested references before even giving me a offer. Even though I told them I was currently employed and had to take time off from My current job. Very long and drawn out pointless interview process. I shouldn’t have been put through all that. Also believe I wasn’t chosen due to my skin color even though I have a masters degree and the person they hired has a certificate in blood drawing.
