The interview was a pretty easy process. They ask for some basic information about yourself and any experience you've had in hospitality. They also ask about how you would handle certain situations, again, nothing difficult. Overall, it was a pretty straightforward process.

Super easy asked to tell them about yourself and why you want to work for Saxbys. They ask you to relate to their values. They ask about previous work experience. My interview was done over the phone and I had two separate ones.
