Very Disappointing Interview. They set up 1st round "Telephonic interview", But Tech panel was not on time, and they forgot to inform me. So I dropped a mail to hr for resheduling. Again, They set up the interview. This time a guy "Self Certified Techie" started interviewing me. He seemed very frustrated. His first question was 1) What is your day to day process.? He was putting "hypothetical" questions on "unique_ptr" in c++ 11. I did not know what kind of strange knowledge over "unique_ptr" he was looking for. Without knowing about my project he was putting questions on my project and wanted to fit his idea of "unique_ptr" into my project. I requested him 3 times to let me explain about my project first. Then you should ask your questions. Even after this, His "hypothetical" questions was really impatient. He was not paying any attention to what I was explaining to him about my project. Finally, I stopped him and said: "Do you really trying to understand about my project?". He said, "I got all about your project". And started again putting "hypothetical" questions on "unique_ptr". At last, I said to him. 1) "Why do you wasting time on "hypothetical" questions since last 20 mins. I tried to explain you best of knowledge". 2) Before interviewing a candidate Please come with preparation and dont asking anything which have no base, even you cannot understand. 3) My last words, From my side this interview is over.
