It consisted of 3 rounds. First face to face interview with Line manager and team member. This was based more on technical knowledge for the role and product knowledge.Got feed back after 1 week and was asked to give online tests. There were 2 tests to be taken. Invite was sent via email. After the tests, I was invited for final round. It was with HR, senior director and Line manager. HR explained the results of the tests and how it provides insights about the kind of person you are at work. There were lot of situational questions. They seemed to rely more on the test results and less on what the person was telling them about self. After one hour with HR, senior Director continued the interview with Line manager. More behavioural questions followed.
Was informed after 1 week that they had decided to go with someone else. I would have been happy to know the feedback of the final round but unfortunately no luck.
Overall positive experience but could have been better.
