Very smooth process - spoke directly to senior VP responsible for area, it went well. It wasmore like a conversation than interview - was more about general almost philosophical questions, so was interesting and stimulating. Described my main life events including career related ones, shared current challenges, talked about ideal role, industry. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole process.
