1 step - HR interview (really standard questions without any surprises)
2 step - team lead interview (talking about product, objectives, daily tasks and how my experience fits)
3 step - interview with the division director(although as I know now this step is not mandatory and only takes place when for some reason the director is not sure about the candidate)
