Had one interview, where there were a box of shoes on the table. Be prepared to be chased by the dogs when entering/leaving the employee area. Was told by the office manager that I needed to give at least a 5 year commitment to the company. Had to chase them up for a response a few days later, and was told I had been successful. They will probably pay you minimum wage when you start, so be prepared for that. The atmosphere was “off” when I arrived, the staff seemed tense but pleasant - it turns out that they had been told to lie to me about how good it was to work for the company.
