-> Hiring process started by applying online. -> After three weeks I got invited to solve 2 technical tasks, I solved them and I got 100% in tests. The first part was writing unit tests and second part was completing a Rest API in spring boot. -> After that I got invited for the first interview with the potential colleague. -> After scheduling the interview, I got the email that the hiring for this position has been paused. -> After 3 days I again got email that this position has been filled. -> Overall the hiring process was a joke and the behavior was completely unprofessional, The process was also not transparent, First I being told that the hiring is paused and then someone filled that position.
