I found the position on craigslist and applied online. I got an email from one of the talent managers and we set up an interview. I was to meet at the office and i did, got the job/internship the same day. It was fairly easy. I got a tour of the office and was able to be introduced to the other managers, VP's and CEO. It is a start up so the office was small but everyone was friendly and helpful.
