After a first brief, a number of candidates are booked for a HR interview. Before the interview two online tests are sent out. After passing the HR interview I was usually invited for a second interview with the recruiting manager. In some interviews the HR interview and the second interview step took place in the same day, but usually in two separate interview sessions. After the second interview I was usually invited to meet at least one team member before a final offer.
