Technical questions with more emphasis on critical thinking.
Pleasant interviewers with outgoing personalities and interviewing approach - didnt felt any stress or pressure.

Describe what would you do and how would you approach to a certain problem e.g.
It took them forever. After sending me the logic test and personality test, nothing happened. It has been more than a month. I have got other denials from them, all of them took months. There is no feedback at all.

They used ALVA LAB for the logic test and character test.
First go through HR round, then Group manager call for interview, then HR will book Medicial Test, Test result comes in 3-4 days then Salary discussion with Manager. If everything go well then candidate gets and offer letter
