I initially had a positive first interview with HR at Scania, followed by a case study assignment. However, after completing the case, communication ceased unexpectedly. I later discovered via LinkedIn that the HR representative had left the company. Unfortunately, there was no formal handover or update provided, and I had to personally reach out to another HR contact on LinkedIn to inquire about the status of my application. The lack of follow-up and transparency throughout the process felt quite unprofessional.
