I interviewed with the Owner, Chris. I got a vibe that he was not impressed with me the moment that he walked into the room. The interview could have just ended there. He likes the laid back look ( I could tell by his cargo shorts and Tshirt) and I came in business professional. It didn't feel like a real interview. I was grilled on my software knowledge a little bit and then he ended the interview saying that he's waiting for the right person to fit the position. I got an email the next business day saying that they have decided to hire within instead.
