I met with one of their hiring agents initially who was very nice and helpful. After that first phone meeting I met virtually with the IT manager Nick Duquette who was polite, respectful and eager to understand more about me and my background. After the virtual meeting was successful I was invited to the Charlotte campus for a face to face final interview. I met with Nick and the CFO at the time. Both of them were very welcoming and interested. I would have to say it was the best interview experience I have had in my career.
