Comical. They have you take a bunch of intelligence tests, one on paper, and two timed 50 question tests on a computer. They make you fill out your resume info on their own printed out form instead of just taking the resume itself or a digital copy. Hope you remember your High school GPA score. You also have to write down why you left each company. Don't forget all of your managers and their contact info.
