In addition to a one on one interview with two different managers, Scheels required a product knowledge test. Much time was spent on people skills, interactions with people and management. As a retail position, this was expected and appropriate.

Fairly in-depth. They take applications seriously and want good quality people working for them. Be yourself, your best self, for your interviews, at least 2 of them. There were 3 interviews for me, and they took a couple of weeks and I had to be the one to call and move the process along.
