Quick and fast. We talked about the title and what was the details of the job. Talked about salary and I did paperwork. Did the paper work and background. Within 3 days I started working.

Very plain seems as if they just needed workers so they hired me, not intending on checking if I was actually fitted for the job, but at least I got the job!!!
