The Operation was failing when I accepted the Job and very unorganized, but I made it profitable. Also you get calls at all hours of the night, weekends and morning.
A phone interview for the first round. The second round is a panel interview with 3 people. Behavioral based questions. They are looking for examples of how you solved a problem, helped a customer, worked well with a team.
