Recruiter call/Behavioral interview followed by technical phone screen and Onsite interview. This was for advanced analytics position. Interview went well, didn't get the offer. Not sure why, it was very basic tech and behavioral interview. I felt the team was bit incompetent, they were onboard for 2 years and they hardly built anything significant(They admitted, i am not interpreting ). Manager spoke very well, he was impressed by my previous qualifications and experience. No proper feedback after onsite interview.
