I applied for multiple open roles.
There was a brief phone screen first, followed by an hour long in person interview. I also shadowed someone who was in the role. I was found successful but not chosen for the role. The procedure happened another time as well.
I applied for a 3rd role and interviewed in person, had a second in person interview and shadowing and was offered a job the same day.
Be prepared for a long but easy process.

A phone interview for the first round. The second round is a panel interview with 3 people. Behavioral based questions. They are looking for examples of how you solved a problem, helped a customer, worked well with a team.
