I had a phone interview with a manager, then a face to face interview with the Team Lead, Technical Lead and one team member. I was offered a position the next day.

They asked me to write a sorting algorithm up on a whiteboard while they watched. Although not necessarily unexpected or technically difficult, it was nerve wracking.
