As employee referral, was able to circumvent some of the initial bureacracy and got right to the hiring manager. Brief phone screen followed by arranging one-on-one and phone interview with total of two peers and one HR in first round. About a week later, second round with another three including hiring manager, higher level HR and VP (briefly). About another week or so for offer.
