The representative that contacted me did a thorough job exploring my skill set. He was fully prepared for the phone interview when, in the past, I have encoutered many people who seemed to approach this task with a quick look-over of my resume and a shallow set of questions. The phone and face-to-face interview each lasted 2 hours. The phone interview covered most of the technical aspects of the position. In person, there were a lot more questions to analyze your character. Many questions about how you would handle certain situations. Be prepared for an in-depth screening with this group. From the few people I interacted with, it's obvious they've got sharp employees working within the company. I consider tough interviews good - if you're someone like me, you want to know that there is a genuine effort within the company to hire competent people.
