Applied through university career services site, was originally supposed to be in person but something changed and it became a phone interview. Interviewer called me for an interview. Interviewer was very friendly interview was pretty basic with a few behavioral questions. Asked for salary requirements and discussed the company. Took about 25 minutes.

Found the process enjoyable and flowed well. All aspects were professional and well run and followed up in a timely fashion. Gary from Refocus was a pleasure to work with and made me feel he was working in my best interests.
