The entire interview process was carried out very unprofessionally. There was no first round of interview for screening and they expected the candidate to prepare a thorough case study straightaway and present it in their office.
I received an email for the second round of interview with the HR but before the meeting even happened with the HR, they sent me a rejection email without providing any reasons. When I asked them to provide reasons for rejection, they said that the email was sent by mistake and the HR interview will still take place.
In the meeting with the HR, everything I was told about the company culture/way of working was very different from what I was told in the beginning. Finally, they rejected my application, providing reasons that were not solid saying for ex., we reject your application because the HR thinks that you are creative, highly skilled and will not stick with the company.
They called the references I provided them, even when they were not sure about hiring me. The screening took place in the last call with the HR, which was super shocking for me. The interview process was extremely unprofessional. I have never experienced such a horrible hiring process.
